MEET ALI FISHER

Ali Fisher is an experienced consultant specializing in organizational change management. She is one of the founding managers of the Change Navigation practice at Oracle Consulting. In addition to helping launch this practice, she supports client delivery for large-scale cloud implementations. Prior to joining Oracle, Ali was a Management Consultant for the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture Consulting. While there, she led multiple Fortune 100 companies through some of their most disruptive organizational changes. Industries she has supported include: consumer goods, retail, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare and food & beverage.
In addition to client delivery, she has a big passion for growing the next generation of consultants. She frequently speaks to prospective analysts at universities, facilitates new joiner orientation courses, and is a mentor for numerous consulting analysts across America. Her new series Thrive in Five outlines key strategies, tools, and techniques for rising quickly within your first 5 years in consulting.
Ali currently resides in Austin, TX where she enjoys hiking, yoga, and training with Iron Warrrior products. Professionally, Ali hopes to leave an entrepreneurial legacy, inspire the next generation of women business leaders, become an author, and host her own talk show.
